Advance payment policy

We encourage you to pay online by credit card for smooth delivery.

Because we get a high volume of returns, Cash on Delivery orders above Rs 10,000 need an advance deposit of Rs 1,000 before dispatch, for both new and returning customers. This helps us reduce returns and fake orders.

Shipping is a flat PKR 200 on orders anywhere in Pakistan.

Packing and dispatch

We pack and ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During sale days we get more orders than usual, so please expect some delay.
