Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Ship the items you wish to exchange to the provided address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • We have a No Refund policy.
  • In case of a defective product, we will process the claim within 15 working days upon approval. Once the claim is approved, you may select an alternate product of equal value from our website.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, undergarments, and similar hygiene-sensitive items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled any time before they are processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. After shipment, our Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.

International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
